This venue is wheelchair accessible and is entered through automatic doors. It has two entrances, please use the one on Gell Street. The HRI is two minutes walk from the University of Sheffield tram stop on the corner of Gell Street and Leavygreave Road. There are also bicycle stands at the front of the building. If you have any questions about transport, travel or accessibility please contact us via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We would like this symposium to be as accessible as possible and will try our hardest to accommodate any needs or requirements you may have.
There will be a breakout room available throughout the day for anyone who would like some time away from the main symposium.
Those attending will be seated around tables in groups rather than in lecture theatre style, so that discussion is easier. We will provide water for everyone and those wanting a tea or coffee can grab one from the cafe across the road. There will be lots of breaks throughout the day. All papers will be given in a single room so that everyone hears the programme together, and group discussion will be important throughout the day.
Lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided for all participants. Catering at this event will be vegetarian and vegan only. If you have any special dietary requirements please contact the organisers in advance so that we can be sure to accommodate you.
If you would like to be met by someone before the event please do get in touch and we will arrange this for you.
